The Women Leadership Network is a non-profit international leadership development organization that provides a professional and non - partisan platform for women in Nigeria and across Africa to develop their leadership capacity, equipping them to take on political and economic positions in all sectors.

The network is non-political, non- sectoral and non-religious. This WLIN is intended to grow a critical mass of women in leadership at all levels and in all socio-economic and political
sectors.

Leadership Development Programmes in Academic institutions and Organizations
across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT.

Our Aims & Objectives

1. Initiating Leadership Societies/ clubs in Secondary schools and Tertiary Institutions.

2. Organizing Leadership Programmes in communities, guided by the Women Leadership Institute.

3 . Generating innovative local programmes and activities in the various states.

4 . Relating with institutions and organizations that boost local activities.

5. Paying Courtesy calls to leaders in the State to introduce WLI Network.

6 . Facilitating the WLI Girl Child Programme in Secondary Schools.
