5- DAY ADVANCED ENTREPRENEURSHIP LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS FOR WOMEN 2019
Entrepreneurship is the primary catalyst for economic growth. To succeed requires knowledge, risk taking, hard work, innovation, soft skills and personal sacrifices.
As we progress in this new Age of Knowledge, Artificial Intelligence, Information and Computer Technology (ICT) and social media have become predominant in virtually every aspect of our life. It has therefore become important and urgent that women are not only empowered with business skills but also with IT skills in order to keep them relevant, functional and adequately empowered to succeed.
Given that knowledge is a key asset for individuals and societies to create value, the Women Leadership Institute (WLI), Nigeria’s foremost and only institute for the development of the leadership capacity of women, recently concluded a “5-Day Advanced Entrepreneurship Leadership Masterclass for Women” with the theme Building ‘Woman Capital’ for Sustainable Development. The highly impactful masterclass held at three strategic locations: Lagos, Abuja and Owerri. Here are some of the sights from the Masterclass.

POLITICAL LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS FOR WOMEN 2018
For Nigeria to meet her development objectives, the challenge of poor women participation in politics and political leadership must be sustainably addressed to pave the way for increased women visibility in decision making political offices. No nation can exclude over half of its productive population from decision making processes and seriously hope to make progress.
That is why WLI uniquely conceived this 3-day intensive Political Leadership Masterclass for Women to equip and empower women with useful and relevant knowledge and information about politics, the political process and political leadership in Nigeria.
Facilitated by a faculty comprising seasoned practitioners, thought leaders and university professors, the masterclass familiarized delegates with useful strategies to help them skillfully and successfully navigate the often treacherous terrain of politics in Nigeria as they work their way up to the apex of political leadership.
The Masterclass modules were carefully put together to increase the confidence of women, avail them critical skills and knowledge required to facilitate their entry, rise and sustainable success in politics in Nigeria.
